Boston Bibb, watercress, endive, toasted walnuts, pear and Gorgonzola cheese, aged Sherry vinaigrette 

Misto Salad
Baby field greens with an assortment of seasonal vegetables. Aged Balsamic and herb vinaigrette

Amalfi Salad
Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet onion, green pepper, crisp Romaine hearts, Italian olives and Gorgonzola cheese with a lemon, chive vinaigrette 

Penne Rigate
Smoked and fresh mozzarella, Reggiano cheese, and asparagus tips in a tomato herb cream 

Jumbo Shrimp
Sautéed with garlic, Sorrento lemon-infused olive oil, capers, tomato and herbs

Crispy Calamari
With lemon, baby arugula and spicy tomato sauce 

Bufalo Caprese
Fresh mozzarella, tomato, red onion, basil, baby arugula, extra virgin olive oil, aged balsamic honey 
(Hope Shiraz or Rock Rabbit Sauvignon Blanc)

Filet Mignon
Presented on sautéed spinach with a shallot and sweet roasted garlic reduction

Pork Milanese
Lightly breaded, pan fried and served with arugula, red onion tomato salad, salsa Verde and Balsamic reduction

Pesce Spada
Basil marinated grilled swordfish with herbed breadcrumbs, lemon, capers and extra virgin olive oil

Shrimp Diavlo
Jumbo shrimp in a spicy tomato, lemon and basil sauce on linguini 
(Kendall Jackson Merlot or Chardonnay)

A delicate blend of whipped cream, mascarpone cheese and espresso soaked cake dusted with cocoa
