With a roasted corn and tomato relish, baby arugula and a whole-grain mustard tartar sauce

Filled with shrimp, spinach, with Thai braised bok choy and a sweet and sour chutney

Served over baby arugula and marinated heirloom tomatoes, black pepper lemon aioli
