Tossed with tomato, mozzarella and basil finished with Parmesan cheese and extra virgin olive oil

Lobster Ravioli
Saffron pasta filled with lobster and mascarpone cheese, in a mushroom, tomato, herb cream sauce

Tiramisu
A delicate blend of mascarpone cheese, whipped cream and espresso soaked cake dusted with cocoa

With white chocolate, blackberries and toasted hazelnuts served warm with a bourbon cream
